Yanks' Farnsworth Suspended, Appeals Penalty

AP - The Yankees' Kyle Farnsworth was suspended for three games and fined Saturday for throwing behind the neck of Red Sox slugger Manny Ramirez earlier this week.

Farnsworth appealed the penalty, which was to start Saturday night against the Orioles. He will be eligible to pitch until a hearing is held. [READ]
