| 28th April, 2008 - 7:40 am | The New York Daily News - Roger Clemens had a decade-long affair with country star Mindy McCready, according to a report in the New York Daily News.
It is believed that the romance began when Clemens was a member of the Boston Red Sox and McCready was a 15-year old just breaking into the music business.
"He flatly denies having had any kind of an inappropriate relationship with her," lawyer Rusty Hardin said. "He's considered her a close family friend. ... He has never had a sexual relationship with her."
Although nothing has been proven at this point, the infidelity could be a huge advantage for former trainer Brian McNamee's legal team. [READ] |
