Struggling Turnbow Cut By Milwaukee

ESPN - Former All-Star closer Derrick Turnbow was cut by the Milwaukee Brewers on Friday, according to the Associated Press.

Turnbow was 0-1 with a 15.63 ERA in eight games this season and allowed six runs in less than an inning against the Cubs on Wednesday.

To take his place, Milwaukee recalled outfielder Joe Dillon from Triple-A Nashville. [READ]
