Guillen: Fans Must Trust In Turnaround

The Chicago Tribune - White Sox Manager Ozzie Guillen says that the team's fans must trust that a turnaround is on the horizon, according to the Chicago Tribune.

His latest comments come just a day after using a profanity-laced tirade to knock fans that have jumped off the bandwagon at the beginning of the season.

"I don't blame them," Guillen told reporters Monday night. "I just tell the fans to be patient, that's all. Be patient. The only ones who can believe in this team are me and them. That's why they're fans. I don't blame the fans to say, 'Here we go again,' because I'm a fan also."

"I'm a baseball fan, a Chicago White Sox fan. Be patient and make sure those guys out there aren't panicking. I know we've got a good club. I know we can hit, I know our pitching staff is good. We went through a lot of difficulty, and the pitching staff is doing well, and when I have a good pitching staff, everything should be back and set up," Guillen added. [READ]
