Badenhop Makes Brewers Remember His Name

The Miami Herald - The Brewers misspelled rookie Burke Badenhop's name in their pregame notes, but the hurler made sure they'll never forget his name after he dominated Milwaukee's lineup on Wednesday, according to The Miami Herald.

Badenhop was one of the players the Marlins acquired from Detroit in the trade that sent Miguel Cabrera and Dontrelle Willis to the Tigers.

"I have always had confidence in him," Manager Fredi Gonzalez said. "He was terrific tonight. He had a good sinker early, and he kept the ball down and threw strikes and got ahead in the count."

Detroit (15-20) is in last place in the AL Central while the Marlins (19-14) are tops in the NL East. [READ]
