Glavine Expected To Throw Off Mound Saturday

ESPN - Braves' pitcher Tom Glavine is expected to throw off the mound on Saturday as he works towards returning from a strained elbow, according to The Associated Press.

The session will mark the first time he's thrown off a mound since going on the disabled list on June 11.

"After that, I don't know," Glavine said. "The key thing now is to get some arm strength. I don't know how long that's going to take."

Said Manager Bobby Cox on Glavine's schedule, "It's going to be a while." [READ]
