Jays Turned Down Deal For Bay

The Metro News - The Blue Jays reportedly turned down a deal that would have sent outfielder Jason Bay to Toronto for a pair of top-level prospects last week, according to The Metro News.

A front-office source from Pittsburgh told the newspaper on Tuesday that the Blue Jays refused to part with minor leaguers Travis Snider and Brett Cecil. [READ]
