Joba Expected To Begin Rehab Friday

The New York Daily News - Yankees' pitcher Joba Chamberlain is expected to begin a throwing program on Friday as he rehabs his injured right shoulder, according to The New York Daily News.

Chamberlain wanted to begin throwing on Wednesday, but Manager Joe Girardi requested that he wait until the Yankees return home this weekend.

"I made the suggestion that he waits until Friday when we get home so it's in front of us," Girardi said. "That way we have a chance to look at him." [READ]
