| 5th September, 2008 - 10:10 am | Baltimore Sun - Former Orioles' infielder Todd Cruz, 52, died on Tuesday while swimming at his apartment complex, according to Baltimore Sun.
Cruz was a part of the Orioles' 1983 World Series championship team.
"Being with these guys here is like being a little kid ... getting ready for Christmas," said Cruz, just six weeks ago at the 25th anniversary celebration of the championship. "I love them all, and I'll be an Oriole for the rest of my life." [READ] |
