Reyes Becomes Mets' All-Times Stolen Base Leader

Newsday - Jose Reyes became the Mets' all-time leader in stolen bases when he swiped second in the third inning Wednesday night against the Nationals, according to Newsday.

Steal No. 282 moved Reyes ahead of Mookie Wilson; he then added to his total by stealing third an at-bat later against Washington.

Reyes, who has 49 steals on the season, trails only Colorado's Willy Taveras, 66, for the Major League lead. [READ]
