Cano Benched Again For Sunday's Incident

ESPN - Yankees' Manager Joe Girardi benched Robinson Cano again on Monday following an incident on Sunday when he felt the second baseman displayed a lack of hustle, according to Associated Press.

Girardi pulled Cano in Sunday's game for failing to make a play for a ball that hit off Jason Giambi's glove at first and rolled into right field.

"Obviously, continue to discuss some things with Robbie, and we'll move forward," Girardi said Monday. "You just don't want what happened yesterday [Sunday] to happen again."
