Molina Hits Final Homer At Stadium

Andrew Perna/RealGM - Jose Molina hit a two-run home run to left field in the bottom of the fifth inning on Sunday night to give the Yankees a 5-3 lead over the Orioles.

Johnny Damon hit a three-run home run to right field in the bottom of the third inning.

Babe Ruth was famously the first player to hit a home run at Yankee Stadium when it opened in April of 1923, and was quoted referencing who would hit the final homer at the ballpark.

"I'm very happy to have hit the first home run in this stadium. God only knows who will hit the last," Ruth said. [READ]
