The game on Friday night, which ended late with New York winning 19-8, was close to being postponed due to rain.
"A-Rod was running around the clubhouse asking everyone, 'Are we gonna play?' 'Are we rained out?' 'Are we postponed?' Every few minutes he’d come around and ask his teammates - or anyone else who was around - the same thing," a Herald insider said. [READ] |
