Cubs' Fans Erect Shrine To Futility

Chicago Sun-Times - Grieving Cubs' fans left candles, flowers, and some nasty notes to the team at a makeshift memorial for the 2008 season outside Wrigley Field on Sunday.

"Dear Cubs," one note read, "thanks for nothing."

Another note read, "Dear Cubs 2008, it really hurts knowing I'll never see you again. We had some great times." [READ]
