| 15th October, 2008 - 5:45 pm | ESPN - Scott Kazmir will start for the Rays against the Red Sox in Game 5 at Fenway Park on Thursday.
Tampa Bay Manager Joe Maddon made the announcement on Wednesday, choosing Kazmir over James Shields.
Shields will start in Game 6, if necessary.
"We're not looking to give them any kind of crack in the door," Maddon said Wednesday. "We believe that Kaz can pitch well tomorrow. ... We're just trying to look at the big picture with the whole thing." [READ] |
