| 18th October, 2008 - 11:20 am | New York Post - Red Sox closer Jonathan Papelbon says that he isn't concerned about how his team will play in Tampa Bay this weekend with their backs against the wall.
"I don't have one concern with the ballclub right now," Papelbon said. "We have to play the first inning like the ninth inning and we will be fine. When our backs are up and you put us against the wall, that's when we succeed. After [Thursday night] you have seen it all."
Papelbon has thrown twenty-four scoreless innings in fifteen postseason games. [READ] |
