| 18th October, 2008 - 3:56 pm | ESPN - The Flyers have moved their Oct. 25 game against the Devils up in order to accommodate the World Series.
The Phillies will host Game 3 of the World Series that night at Citizens Bank Park across the street from the Wachovia Center.
The Flyers were scheduled to play the Devils at 7 p.m., but the game will now begin at 4 p.m.
General Manager Paul Holmgren says the time change "should alleviate some of the congestion in the sports complex area and gives our fans the opportunity to view Game 3 of the World Series." [READ] |
