Sox, Rays Make Changes Prior To Game 7

MLB.com - The Red Sox and Rays have made a few lineup changes prior to Game 7 of the ALCS in hopes of advancing to the World Series.

Boston manager Terry Francona has replaced Jed Lowrie with Alex Cora at shortstop. Cora will hit ninth for the Red Sox.

Tampa Bay manager Joe Madden has placed Rocco Baldelli and Willy Aybar in the starting lineup, with Aybar (DH) hitting sixth and Baldelli (RF) eighth. [READ]
