Ratings Down In Game 1 Of World Series

New York Times - The ratings for Game 1 of the World Series between the Phillies and Rays on Wednesday night were down 14 percent from what Fox enjoyed last season.

Approximately 14.6 million tuned into Philadelphia's victory.

The only World Series' opener to have fewer viewers was in 2006, when 12.8 million watched the Tigers play the Cardinals. [READ]
