Report: Dodgers Make Big Offer To Manny

Los Angeles Times - The Dodgers made a lucrative offer to free-agent Manny Ramirez on Wednesday, according to a report in the Los Angeles Times.

Though details of the offer have yet to be disclosed, GM Ned Colletti told the Times that it would be the “second-highest average annual value in baseball.”
