Holliday Trade Means More Closers Enter Market

Cleveland Plain Dealer - The Rockies acquired closer Huston Street from the Athletics in the trade involving Matt Holliday, which means another closer is expected to hit the market.

Colorado is not expected to re-sign Brian Fuentes and retain Street, so one will likely enter the market.

Cleveland GM Mark Shapiro, who is looking for a closer, said he was not aware of rumors that the Rockies might trade Street but added, "If there's a closer option out there, we will be involved."
