Padres Won't Pursue Peavy Trade, But Will Listen To Offers

San Francisco Chronicle - It has become much less likely that the Padres will trade ace Jake Peavy this offseason, but the organization is still willing to listen to offers.

Both CEO Sandy Alderson and General Manager Kevin Towers have said the club will still listen to inquiries.
