White Sox Deny Report Of Roberts' Trade

Chicago Tribune - There have been reports of negotiations between the White Sox and Orioles involving second baseman Brian Roberts and pitcher Gavin Floyd.

However, general manager Ken Williams said Monday, through a spokesman, that he hasn't spoken to the Orioles since November.

Many teams have interest in Roberts, but Williams said that trading Floyd isn't likely because Chicago wants to give their younger players a chance to play. [READ]
