Bonds Now Ready To Play In 2009

USA Today - Barry Bonds gave his agent permission to solicit interest from major league teams in hopes of resuming his career on Monday.

Jeff Borris, Bonds' agent, arrived in Phoenix on Monday and told USA TODAY in a telephone interview he will contact all 30 clubs.

"Due to the fact that Barry's trial has been delayed an indefinite period of time," Borris said, "I will be making the rounds this week to see if there's any interest in Barry playing for the 2009 season." [READ]
