| 6th March, 2009 - 11:05 am | San Diego Union-Tribune - Stephen Strasburg struck out 18 in eight innings against the Toreros on Thursday, the third time in three starts Strasburg has reached double-digit strikeouts. Strasburg has 45 strikeouts in 20 1/3 innings.
The expected number one overall pick in the 2009 MLB Draft will make his next start Friday, March 13th against UNLV.
