Source: Manny Was "Freaking Out" During Free Agency

Newsday - Manny Ramirez is settled with the Dodgers now, having re-signed with the team last week, but a person close to the situation has told Newsday that he spent most of free agency "freaking out."

He was bothered by not only the lack of interest in him, but also the amount of attention his situation received.

Ramirez reportedly changed his phone number six times because he was so frustrated by the situation.

Albert Pujols told The Associated Press in late January that Manny was complaining, "Man, no one wants to sign me," which set Ramirez off again. [READ]
