Reds Send Homer Bailey To Minor Leagues

ESPN - The Reds have optioned pitcher Homer Bailey to Triple-A Louisville after he was roughed up on Saturday.

Bailey lasted just 4 1/3 innings against the Indians, allowing six runs on three hits and six walks.

Cincinnati's No. 1 pick in the June 2004 draft, Bailey was recalled from Friday when Edinson Volquez went on the 15-day disabled list. [READ]
