ESPN - The Braves are reportedly one of the teams interested in Red Sox starter Brad Penny, according to ESPN's Buster Olney.

Boston has been looking at Atlanta right fielder Jeff Francoeur.

Penny started badly for the Red Sox, but has pitched better as of late. He is 5-1 with a 5.63 ERA, and might do better in a pitcher's park like Turner Field. [READ]
