Red Sox, Pirates Discuss Wilson Trade

Post-Gazette - Nothing seems imminent, but the Red Sox and Pirates have had trade discussions involving shortstop Jack Wilson.

Boston has rotated a few different players in at the position as Jed Lowrie recovers from a wrist injury.

Wilson has an $8.4 million club option for 2010 on his contract, which Pittsburgh is unlikely to exercise. [READ]
