Phillies Offer Jays New Package For Doc

Philadelphia Inquirer - The Phillies are trying to sell the Blue Jays on an alternative package for Roy Halladay.

Philadelphia isn't willing to give up a package that includes pitcher J.A. Happ and two top prospects, so they are trying to push a package led by pitcher Carlos Carrasco, infielder Jason Donald and others.

The non-waiver trade deadline is Friday. [READ]
