Wells: Pettitte Needs To Knock Utley Down

New York Post - David Wells believes that the Yankees need to knock Phillies second baseman Chase Utley down.

Wells, in his latest guest column for the New York Post, says that in order to slow down a hot hitter like Utley, Game 6 starter Andy Pettitte should throw high and inside.

"I would never advocate throwing at somebody's head, but there comes a time when you've got to make an insanely hot hitter like Utley squirm," Wells writes.

Philadelphia pitchers have hit five batters, but New York's have drilled just one. [READ]
