Angels Agree To Two-Year Deal With Abreu

Los Angeles Times - The Angels agreed to a two-year deal with a club option for 2012 with outfielder Bobby Abreu.

“We are excited to have Bobby and the presence he brings to our organization,” said Angels GM Tony Reagins. “He was an integral part of what we accomplished in 2009 and we look forward to his contributions both on and off the field.”

RealGM Note: Abreu was ranked 51st in season FIC and 'deserved' a salary of $12.25 million, giving him a Reina Value of +145%.

The deal is believed to be worth $19 million over two seasons. [READ]
