Dye Could Move To First Base

FOX Sports - Jermaine Dye is open to playing first base if it'll help him get a contract.

Dye, 35, has only played one game at first base in his career.

If he isn't going to sign on with an American League team as a designated hitter, first base is a logical alternative.

"It wouldn't surprise me at all if he had some success over there," one executive told FOX Sports. [READ]
