"We talked about whether he wants to play or not," agent Barry Meister said of a recent meeting with Johnson. "He's still in the process of evaluating all of his options and thinking through it.
"He has played a long time. If anyone has the right to really think it through and figure out what he wants to do, he's the guy."
Johnson went 8-6 with a 4.88 ERA for the Giants in 2009. He made 22 appearances, including 17 starts, and logged 96 innings. [READ] |
