Kennedy To Jays Rumors Keep Popping Up

The Star - The rumors regarding a possible Adam Kennedy trade keep reappearing with the Blue Jays.

It's been speculated on several fronts that the deal — Kennedy for Shea Hillenbrand — would have worked had the Jays taken a pitcher off the Angels' staff.

That pitcher is thought to be Jeff Weaver, but his $8.3 million salary is prohibitive even if Angels GM Bill Stoneman was willing to absorb almost all of it. [READ]
