Toronto Finally Completes Schoeneweis Trade

MLB.com - The Toronto Blue Jays have acquired minor league INF Trevor Lawhorn from the Cincinnati Reds to complete the August 16, 2006 trade of LHP Scott Schoeneweis.

Lawhorn, 22, hit .224 with four home runs and 28 RBI in 90 games with Sarasota (A) of the Florida State League in 2006. The Wilmington, North Carolina native has batted .241 with 17 home runs and 107 RBI in 230 career minor league games. Lawhorn was a 9th round selection of the Cincinnati Reds in the 2004 First Year Player Draft. [READ]
