8th September, 2007 - 11:42 am
New York Daily News - Roger Clemens' status for next week is still unknown, but the Yankees have lined up their rotation for a potential Rocket return in Boston against the Red Sox.

Joe Torre announced Phil Hughes, Mike Mussina and Ian Kennedy as his starters for the upcoming three-game series in Toronto, lining up Andy Pettitte, Chien-Ming Wang and Clemens for the three games at Fenway Park next weekend.

"I am sort of looking at the weekend in Boston as probably his next start," Torre said. "It all depends how he feels."

Clemens received a cortisone shot in his sore right elbow on Tuesday, causing him to miss his start this weekend. Clemens remained in Houston this weekend and will rejoin the Yankees in Toronto on Tuesday. [READ]
