Mattingly Won't Accept Coaching Job With Yankees

WFAN - In a statement read on the air during WFAN's Mike & The Mad Dog radio show, Don Mattingly indicates that he will not accept a coaching job on the staff of Joe Girardi, who appears close to being named the new manager of the New York Yankees.

Mike Francessa talked about a rumor that has Mattingly joining Joe Torre in Los Angeles if Torre becomes the new manager of the Dodgers. [READ]
