Yankees, Lane Agree To Minor-League Deal

AP - Outfielder Jason Lane and the Yankees have agreed to a minor league contract.

The 31-year-old Lane hit .175 with eight home runs and 27 RBIs in 171 at-bats for Houston and San Diego last season. He hit a career-high 26 homers in 2005 with Houston where he batted .267 and had 78 RBIs.
