| 20th January, 2008 - 9:53 am | RealGM Staff Report - According to a report in Newsday, friends of Andy Pettitte indicate he is upset with Roger Clemens because of his airing of a private conversation he had with Brian McNamee. Pettitte is also allegedly irked by Clemens' adamant defense of the accusations against him in the Mitchell Report.
"They were never as close as they were made out to be," a friend of both said on the condition of anonymity. "They just sort of went along with it in the media because it was a good story." [READ] |
