Lidge To Have Surgery, Out 3-6 Weeks

yahoo.com - Phillies' closer Brad Lidge will undergo arthroscopic right knee surgery on Monday, the team announced Sunday, and reported by Yahoo.com.

Lidge, who already is behind schedule in his recovery from surgery to repair torn cartilage on October 1, injured the same knee while throwing batting practice Saturday.

He suffered his latest injury when he caught his spike on the mound and is expected to be sidelined three to six weeks. [READ]
