Hawpe Agrees To Long-Term Deal With Rockies

yahoo.com - The Rockies agreed to terms on a three-year, $17 million deal with Brad Hawpe on Monday, according to a report in the Denver Post.

The move comes less than three weeks after Hawpe and the team had agreed on a one-year contract to avoid salary arbitration.

Hawpe had a season FIC of 181 in 2007 and a Reina Value of +1,637%, 'deserving' to make $7 million. [READ]
