| 7th March, 2008 - 5:04 pm | ESPN - Troy Patton will undergo season-ending surgery on his shoulder, forcing him to miss the entire season, according to the Associated Press.
"We decided we're going to get surgery. I'm going to go to Dr. (Lewis) Yocum in L.A.," Patton said Friday. "We're going to call him and try to set up something next week."
"It's kind of disappointing to miss the season, but I'm kind of anxious to get it over with and hopefully feel better and pitch better next season, have a little bit more velocity than I've been pitching with," he said. [READ] |
