Cabrera Likely To Appeal Suspension

Newsday - Yankees' centerfielder Melky Cabrera could appeal his recent suspension for his involvement in a brawl with the Rays on Wednesday, according to the Newsday.

Tampa Bay contends that Cabrera punched third baseman Evan Longoria.

"I didn't hit nobody," Cabrera said Saturday, speaking through a translator. "I don't know what it's coming from. I just come to play baseball." [READ]
