Joba Expects To Being Season In Bullpen

The New York Daily News - Joba Chamberlain will learn his official fate within the next few days, but he is expected to begin the season in the Yankees' bullpen, according to the New York Daily News.

"We're still preparing him as a starter, but eventually, you have to narrow it down to five and you have to put the best arms in the bullpen," Joe Girardi said. "You have to make some decisions. It will be fairly soon. You have to give them enough time to get ready."

"They'll tell me," Chamberlain said. "I'm not in any hurry. They're not going to leave me hanging out to dry. I'm just going to prepare like I have been so far." [READ]
