Orioles Name Guthrie Opening Day Starter

yahoo.com - Orioles' Manager Dave Trembley has named Jeremy Guthrie as his Opening Day starter, the Baltimore Sun reported Saturday on it web site.

Claimed by Baltimore off waivers from the Indians in January 2007, the righthander went 7-5 with a 3.70 ERA in 32 games, 26 starts, as a rookie last season. [READ]
