Smoltz Could Start Season On DL

MLB.com - John Smoltz could start the regular season on the disabled list for the Braves, according to MLB.com.

His injured shoulder has improved over the last few days, but Atlanta might decide to rest Smoltz in order to allow the soreness to fully heal.

"I don't know how the scenarios are going to shake out to," Smoltz said. "But whatever it is, it is and I'm going to embrace it." [READ]
