Red Sox Activate Beckett For Sunday Start

yahoo.com - Red Sox ace Josh Beckett was activated from the 15-day disabled list and will start Sunday afternoon’s contest against the Blue Jays, according to a Yahoo.com report.

The majors’ only 20-game winner last season, Beckett has been on the DL since March 19 with tightness in his lower back and did not accompany the Red Sox to Japan for their two-game series against the Athletics. [READ]
