Girardi Returns, Yanks Blank Rays

ESPN - Manager Joe Girardi returned to the bench for the Yankees on Sunday afternoon as they shutout the Rays, according to the Associated Press.

He sat out the team's last two games with an upper respiratory infection, staying in his office during New York's games on Friday and Saturday.

"I'm better than I was. I don't have the fever I had the last couple days, so that's a good thing," Girardi said Sunday. [READ]
