Atlanta's Spiezio Gets Three Years Probation

ESPN - Scott Spiezio pleaded guilty to misdemeanor drunken driving and hit and run charges stemming from a December car crash and was ordered to serve three years probation on Monday, according to ESPN.com.

As part of the guilty plea, prosecutors dropped the aggravated assault and battery charges.

He signed a minor-league deal with the Braves last month. [READ]
